Hi
About to install an original solex double barrel carb.
Does the adapter plate have a gasket on top and underneath, only 1 came in the service kit and looks like the bottom just had sealer before?
Also can anyone post some pics of the same install for reference?

Useful thanks. I now have another issue in that I seem to be missing a seal (item 75 on the image link), order something that oi thought might do it but no good, what I really need are dimensions of what I need to find one, can anyone help?

Yes, same gasket. Sorry, can't find any pics of the linkage in my archive.

thanks Melle, if both gaskets are the same I can cut one from gasket paper, is that the case? I have 4 studs and nuts so will be careful then. Images were really around the linkage as I have some bits to make something so anything helps

Yes, gasket on both sides. I can stick one in the post? What pics do you need?

Don't over-tighten the nuts, many 32TDIDs have been ruined this way.
