I think mine are just wired across the main beams, but it will be the week-end before I get chance to look and confirm...! (I didn't fit them - they were already on the car...)

The bulb is difficult to find...

It is a Mazda 450 with a P36s base.
Waiting to hear from A US seller who hand makes them..

I assume that's an early halogen? With a yellow tint? Bulb pictured looks white so maybe the tint comes from the lens or something behind the centre cap? Or the reflector is going yellow.
Is the rim held on by a screwed clamp at the bottom? Close up pic?

This is the spotlight version. There was a matching fog on the other side on this Morris Minor. He didn't have any spare bulbs!

I have a bulb. It works. It's in another nice foglight () £5 + postage. Let me know if you're interested. I took a chance, so I hope you are.

AAAAAARRRGGGGHHHH!
Derek's lamp arrived today..it's in better condition than one of the lamps on my car. A neighbour turned up to ..as usual..chat and get in the way. He's very interested in every thing and wanted to see this "hard to find" bulb..i showed the new one that Derek sent.. he picked it up and as i was telling him not to touch the glass he dropped it straight onto the pavement..smashed to bits.
As I said AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!
The lamp will be fitted later and he has offered to pay for the next bulb i find!
