Anyone be on this forum going to this? My v4 is back on the road again with a new jetex exhaust, so I think I’ll make the trip this year from Bath...

Yes, I'll be there from Bath as well (in my 900). Be good to meet you at last!

Great! Look forward to meeting you. You won’t hear me coming from quite so far away now that the exhaust had been replaced...

Hi Sim
Now I know who you are.We met quite a while ago outside you father's house at the top of Kipling Ave.I recognise the Garage (I think) in one of your photos on Photobucket.
Don't know if I'll make Swedish day, if I do it'll be in a Volvo, my 96 is far from ready.
Regards
Roger
PSFrom the picture on Photobucket she looks a lot better now you cant see through her!

I really enjoyed it today. Met some really friendly v4 folk and saw some cool cars. My v4 behaved itself all the way home and the annoying Idling problem rectified itself... odd! Still Need to stop down the carb, though...

Good to meet you all!

Great to see catch up with and meet new SAAB folk! Quite a lot of V4 owners in the South West now.

Here's a couple of pics:

Co driver getting in the wrong side!

And the coolest car of the day.

See you all next year!

I think Karl's attic is a very clever idea. Best car in show even without the addition!

Found these on my bonnet, anyone lost them? If so, let me know and I'll stick them in the post.

Saw this on Facebook this morning...

Watching Karl's 95/96 emerge through the trees was great, but the rising dread that I was going to have to confess the purchase to my wife, let alone figure out a way to strap it to the pickup wasn't all that pleasant!

Thanks for bringing it Karl and great to have a good chat with you too. My wife cheered up a bit watching me, Chris and Kester trying to lash it to the car.

Great weekend, although I didn't get to see the show field (having to rely on peoples photos) or chat to people for nearly as long as I would have liked, the stall kept me pretty busy. Thanks to John for a great pitch and look forward to next year!

What a great day, met loads of people who I have known on this forum for years but never actually met in person and loads of new friends. My Carlsson behaved impeccably from start to finish as well!

I tried to capture the V4's but probably missed some, unfortunately did not catch up with all of the owners of these lovely cars...

Hey, my 900 managed to sneak into one of the pics, well some of it, next to Andy's Troll.
Great to meet some of you guys and put faces to names. It's renewed my enthusiasm to crack on and get the Custardwagon ready for next year.
