I just discovered this a couple of days ago, and was going to post the link. You beat me to it.
It's very entertaining and informative, but can you believe that the guy rebuilt the engine with used balance shaft bearings!!!???

Boy the old balance shaft was certainly "rattling about" in its bearings!!

Thanks for posting this linky.. I like this guy.

Very interesting and spot on timing as I will be taking bits off my engine and playing around with a 28/36 DCD Carb sometime soon.

I've seen a couple of his videos' before, and this was quite timely for me too, as I now have the correct manifold & vacuum takeoff spacer to fit the 28/36 that was in the boot when I bought the car (which probably means a previous owner couldn't make it work properly...)
