Is anybody who is using an SAH adaptor for a twin choke carb able to tell me what the thread size/pitch is for the 4 studs?

Am fitting one to #1 daughter's car but it came without nuts, and I can't find anything that fits it - not even from my fairly large pile of old V4 spares. Thanks!

Suspect they will be British threads Al. Trying to find my adapt or and will come back with thread pitches.

My adaptor has 5/16" UNF threads both sides of stud. Stud length overall 40mm. With 8mm thread at adaptor end and 20mm thread other end. I did use 4 flat washers + a Thackeray washer under a nylon nut.

Great stuff, thank you, John. Sounds just like mine...off to do some shoppping for nuts now - do you think they'll sell them in Tesco?!
