As these things seem to be like the proverbial rocking horse pooh, I started talks with a company that make exactly that, wheel bolts. They are interested enough to have a look at making them, and of the calibre that insurance does not faze them at all.
What is now needed is either a sample, or drawings.
Can anybody help, and of course advise of interest!

Are soccerball and cromodoro bolts the same?

If so, I'd like a set too.

As more information comes to hand, price etc, I will advise. Thanks to Gareth (Dirtbiker) I will have a sample shortly.
I have no idea what other wheels they are used on.

I was hoping they would come in about £4 each, making £80 for new ones with the hardened washer included. Just waiting for the price to come in now, all drawn and submitted for pricing.

You might have to order 50 sets/1000 off to get the price down. You could supply other dealers around the World to keep owners happy for a few years. Raw metal or chromed? Do you want to become an entrepreneur?
