That would depend on your abilities!
They’re pretty straight forward to fit once you’ve stripped everything for access.
You will need a drift to get them in though. I bought a piece of plastic rod off EBay and got it turned down to suit. Different sizes at each end.

Yep, John Green has the drifts. He loaned them to me, so that I could do it myself. It's tricky, but not that difficult.
Just make sure the oil supply feed holes line up, and make sure they go in the right way round. I don't remember the details now, but one of them has to go in, one way round, and NOT the other way round. If you get it wrong, it's hard to get it out again, without damaging it.

The front one has a groove from the lower oil hole that needs to face outward/ towards the timing gears.
