| Hello,
Reading through some other threads, it appears a pod mounted rev counter on the steering housing is a popular placement.
As such, is there an accepted diameter of the unit ?? I presume, it's a balance between being able to see the reading clearly and not having to crane your neck to see past it !!
I guess something between 60mm to 100mm.
Many thanks.

I went with this set up, (I've seen a lot of rally set ups with a large jubilee clamp around the whole thing) so no pod mount needed skunky!!

| Hello,
I'm pleased to report that I have managed to pick-up an 80mm pod mounted TIM rev counter which was advertised as not working. With a bit work, it s now functioning & reading correctly.
A historic thread on this forum also flagged up the correct wiring connections for the 4x wires. As proved yet again, the benefit of the forum is priceless.
Many thanks.
