A £10 (or more!) donation to the Red Cross buys this manual, I'll cover the postage.

Go on, I'll donate a tenner to the red Cross myself and I'll cover the postage as well if anyone wants the manual, be a shame to bin it.

I still have this if anyone wants it, completely free of charge and donation to the Red Cross from me on top of it! (Feel free to make a donation too, the more the merrier!) It's no use to me as I have another copy.

EDIT: now sold through eBay and proceeds donated to the Red Cross.
