Hello,

Having checked my box of spare parts, I regret to say I do not have a gearbox dampening washer - shown in the attached link.

If anyone does have a spare, I will be grateful to hear from you.

Do these just fall off and roll around inside when you remove the bolt? Looking at the pics posted it might just be hidden in a corner under there.

If only, Derek !!!

I have done a finger tip search and no trace; in addition it's not a small item. I get the impression it was not in existence when the g/box was overhauled and replaced; or if it was, it was overlooked and goodness knows where that is now !! Frustrating but hopefully a positive result will occur.

Did you manage to track one of these down?

These guys (CS Autoparts in Sweden) currently have a couple of them on Tradera, but they are 'pick up only' - might be worth contacting them though their website: https://sweedspeed.com/contact/

Did you try Malbrad - he might have them?

I've not secured one yet.

A seller wanted $100 + postage !!

Two Stroke wanted £40 + VAT !!

Gave up on Malbrad, after he kept failing to get back to me.

I will more than likely make one up on the lathe, once I have confirmed the dimensions.

Your photos were excellent and proved useful in explaining what I was looking for.

Those are the ones I was talking about - they have them as 'pick up only' so I don't think we (in the UK) can bid on them.

It's worth reaching out to the seller as I'm seeing lots of Tradera listings specified like this but the sellers will ship (at your cost obviously)

I've dealt with this seller a few times before and they ship to Canada, so the UK shouldn't be a problem
