Back to Coltech Classics for a few holes to be welded up...

New drivers door bolted in place


front valance before


front valance after


other side



after


remains of rear wing


repaired


centre panel repaired (side and underneath)


rear valance repair panel fabricated


rear valance full of filler and rust!


repaired with new metal


finished and stonechipped


front wing repair panel



repaired


same wing different hole


repaired


Many more holes to go, but a good start!

Bit more progress...

Rusty door triangle removed


bit tricky to weld here - as brass used at factory


tailgate needed external handle area grafting back in




starting to take shape

Hi Melle,

Yes the colour on the roof is Hussar blue. Only problem is there's already a pickup in that colour.

I did wonder about going grey though, what do you think?
